DRINKING GREEN TEA
Introduction :
Green tea is one of the types of drinks that provide us with a large set of health benefits. This tea has been known and used in China for thousands of years.
A study shows that green tea is very helpful to lower the cholesterol and balance in favor of good cholesterol.
The components that make drinking green tea bring all these benefits are called catechin polyphenols, and inside this group there is one particular anti-oxidant that stands out among the rest: epigallocatechin gallate or EGCG.

There are many benefits of drinking green tea. I want to discuss it one by one.
1. Green tea can decrease our weight
Green tea has been used by millions of people to lose weight. I know that green tea can be a powerful ally to drop the pounds of excess fat. Of course, you won’t lose a lot of weight just by drinking green tea, and you won’t lose ANY pound of fat if you continue eating bad, but with a good nutrition and exercise schedule you could be boosting your efforts seriously.

2. Drinking green tea inhibits the growth of certain cancer cells, reduces the level of cholesterol in blood, improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.
Green tea contains powerful antioxidants (flavonoids) that can help protect heart disease, cancer and stroke. If you are a coffee drinker, it would be a very wise idea to swap it for green tea. This way you can take advantage f that boost in metabolism every day.

3. Improves the health of skin
Green tea have benefit that is improves the health of our skin. It helps in the renewal of skin cells in the body, and among other things it will help you elevate your protection against sun exposure – which in turn will help you avoid premature signs of aging and dry skin.

4. Green tea is natural.
It don’t have any dangerous material for our body. So, we can expect very few side effects or maybe none at all when drinking it regularly.

From the fact above, we know that by drinking recommended amounts of green tea, the human body is cleansed from toxins that usually cause a lot of health problems, which in the future improves your health and your lifestyle as well. You will feel relaxed, full of energy, and even develop a good outlook in life once you drink a good cup of green tea.
